Background
Withdrawals of groundwater resources in the northern Wake County area have lowered groundwater levels locally.
Objectives
The objective of monitoring groundwater levels at this location real-time will help provide assistance toward aquifer management.
Approach
Monitor the bedrock part of the aquifer for water level fluctuations throughout the seasons and during various climatic conditions.
