Ground-water/surface-water synoptic sampling, February and March 1994
This dataset is from a set of ground-water and surface-water samples collected in February and March 1994 in order to examine ground-water and surface-water relations. Three ground-water samples and four surface-water samples are included in this dataset. The ground-water samples at TEMP-1 and TEMP-3 were collected by driving a 2-inch diameter steel casing and screen into a streambed and pumping the sample from the casing with a peristaltic pump. The well ED-154/BFP-4 is a permanent 2-inch steel casing driven into a streambed. The following physical and chemical properties were measured in all samples: pH, temperature, specific conductance, and dissolved oxygen. Samples were analyzed for major ions, nutrients, dissolved organic carbon (DOC), and pesticides at all sites.
